A new event has been added to the lineup of races happening at the 12th annual 2020 Illinois Marathon. The Green Street Mile will be run on Green Street on Thursday, April 23, starting at 7:30 p.m. There will be six different mile waves, starting 10-minutes apart. The start line is at Green and Goodwin and the finish line is just east of the intersection of Green and Neil Street.
All Green Street Mile entrants will receive a 16-ounce logoed silicone cup. Mile finishers also receive an awesome challenge coin at the finish line.
The Green Street Mile joins the full marathon, half marathon, 10k, 5k, and youth run, happening Thursday through Saturday, April 23-25, 2020.
